Under the Sun Landscapes was established in 2013 and is a Grafton, NSW based landscape small business, owned and operated by Andrew Johnston. Over the past 14 years, Andrew has had a diverse range of experience working on residential and commercial landscapes in both urban and rural environments.

 

At Under The Sun, we're proactive with all enquiries; no job is too big or small. On the first contact you have with us, we'll organise a site meeting as soon as possible and convenient for everyone. From there we'll discuss your requirements and vision, and together with our professional knowledge and advice we'll come up with a detailed scope of works for a quotation.

 

Our quotes are broken down into each project task, so you always understand the costs. A quote is emailed to you, based on that scope of works, to read over. If a client chooses to proceed, a schedule of works is compiled, to give a start date and break down the job over the days, so as the client you're aware of what's going on each day and so that the project runs smoothly. A payment schedule is also compiled as each payment is dated in advance and stated what it's for and a tax invoice supplied prior to the payment. We always encourage feedback as part of every project and take pride leaving each and every customer thrilled with their lasting, quality product!

 

Andrew holds qualifications in Landscape Construction (Certificate III), Horticulture (CIV), Irrigation (CIII) and Conservation + Land Management (CIII). All Under The Sun Landscapes employees have relevant qualifications or are in the process of obtaining them through work and study programs. All subcontractors engaged by Under The Sun Landscapes have the necessary licences and insurances to undertake their work.
